If a full refund including original delivery costs is required then the entire order needs to be returned back to us within (30) working days. Voor leveringen buiten het Verenigd Koninkrijk worden bij het afrekenen invoerrechten in rekening gebracht. Kosten die worden belast met betrekking tot de douane-inklaring worden betaald door u en Books4Europe zal niet in staat zijn om extra kosten te dekken wanneer goederen aankomen op de plaats van bestemming. Bij Books4Europe raden wij u sterk aan om alle extra kosten die kunnen worden toegepast met uw douane-ambtenaren te controleren om onverwachte kosten te voorkomen.
Opmerking:
1. We bieden GEEN Next Day Service aan omdat we meerdere magazijnen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk hebben. Afhankelijk van waar de boeken zijn opgeslagen, moeten ze allemaal naar een centrale locatie komen zodat we de bestelling kunnen consolideren en vervolgens naar de klant kunnen verzenden, vandaar de vertraging.
2. Single Rate heeft een zeer voordelige prijs voor losse boeken met een gewicht van minder dan 5 kg. Let op: deze service is Tracked, maar het duurt tot 11 werkdagen om consumenten in Europa te bereiken.
3. Multi Buy is duurder, maar heeft het voordeel dat het door de douanecontroles gaat en de eindgebruiker in een veel beter tijdsbestek bereikt. Multi Buy is goedkoper bij aankoop van 3 of meer artikelen en levert de consument uiteindelijk een beter rendement op.
4. Deze levertijden zijn de maximale levertijden die een aankoop in beslag kan nemen om onze klanten te bereiken. Levering kan ook eerder plaatsvinden. Houd er rekening mee dat, indien van toepassing, inklaring door de douane van invloed kan zijn op de levering van sommige bestellingen en vertraging kan veroorzaken. Dit is een factor waar wij geen invloed op hebben.
RETOURENBELEID
We doen ons best om al onze klanten een prettige winkelervaring te bezorgen. Soms moet je echter een artikel retourneren.
Als je een artikel wilt retourneren, schrijf dan eerst een begeleidende brief met het referentienummer van je bestelling en stuur deze samen met de factuur en de goederen terug naar:

We raden je aan om je artikelen via de post te retourneren. Vermeld op de factuur duidelijk de reden van retourzending en of je een terugbetaling of omruiling wilt. We kunnen artikelen alleen ruilen voor hetzelfde product.
Gepersonaliseerde artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd. Sommige goederen kunnen om hygiënische redenen niet worden geretourneerd. Dit heeft geen invloed op je wettelijke rechten.
Als je een volledige terugbetaling inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten wilt, moet je de hele bestelling binnen (30) werkdagen naar ons terugsturen. Jij bent echter verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van het terugsturen van de goederen naar ons. Als een terugbetaling aan u verschuldigd is, zullen we de terugbetaling zo snel mogelijk verwerken, en in ieder geval binnen (30) dagen.
De goederen hoeven niet in de originele verpakking te zitten, maar moeten wel in een verkoopbare staat zijn en op uw eigen kosten en risico.
U bent wettelijk verplicht om redelijkerwijs zorg te dragen voor de goederen zolang deze in uw bezit zijn. Als u deze verplichting niet nakomt, kunnen wij een vordering tot schadevergoeding tegen u instellen. Dit geldt voor alle goederen die worden geretourneerd.
Ons retourbeleid heeft geen invloed op uw wettelijke rechten.
Als u goederen retourneert met het argument dat deze defect zijn, zullen wij de geretourneerde goederen onderzoeken en u binnen een redelijke termijn per e-mail op de hoogte stellen van uw restitutie. We verwerken de terugbetaling zo snel mogelijk en in ieder geval binnen (30) dagen vanaf de dag dat we via e-mail bevestigen dat je recht hebt op terugbetaling voor defecte goederen.
Als er een terugbetaling of vergoeding aan u moet worden betaald, maken we het geld over via dezelfde methode die u oorspronkelijk hebt gebruikt om voor uw aankoop te betalen. Als we niet kunnen terugbetalen via de oorspronkelijke betaling, sturen we een cheque naar het adres op de bestelling.
